Shellfish in brine

All our shellfish in brine are produced in Denmark in accordance with BRC – AA+. We get the raw materials from experienced suppliers whom we have collaborated with for many years. Whether the shellfish are wild caught or aqua culture, there is a constant focus on delivering the best product while ensuring the environment is treated with respect.

Cold-water shrimp

Our cold-water shrimp are caught by a modern trawler fleet in the deep, unpolluted waters around Greenland and in the Arctic Ocean. Our suppliers are carefully selected, and we have collaborated with them for many years. 

We want to ensure our customers consistency, high quality and full traceability from sea to plate, which is why our cold-water shrimp are MSC certified. Furthermore, our production facility in Denmark produces according to the BRC – AA+

Warm Water Prawns

We offer Wannamei prawns from Asian suppliers. The prawns are large and flavoursome with firm flesh.

Crayfish Tails

Crayfish tails, wild caught in China. The flesh is firm and the taste is mild.

Surimi

Our surimi is available as chunks – with a realistic, sweet taste of crab meat.
